Well, Osa is not weak. There are a few that aren't bad like Nick Bolton. This also could mean how weak this years FA class is.

Or Detroit they are very interested in him !Lol, like letting him walk right over to Washington and leaving us with needing 3 dtackles is a good idea.
That guy is a joke...don't waste your time trying to talk football with him...and, while you're at it, don't share you're thoughts. LolWell that's stupid.
Lol! Some of these guys showing us the extent of their football knowledge. LolHow does it give him leverage? Players typically hate the tag and it’s a negotiation tool for teams.
There you go....and I wouldn't rip you a new for taking as much as you could. I would, however, rip Jerry and agree with Bob on how much Jerry sucks. Salud! If I was a player I would 100% want to be a Cowboy.
I don't care if we win a single game. Show me the money.
That’s why tank Lawrence said it would be glorious to stay a Cowboy loltIf I was a player I would 100% want to be a Cowboy.

It's funny, they are just trying to get the deal done and letting them know they will tag him if he doesn't sign tells the agent that the player will not get to the open market. A good chance that they get a deal done because they are offering close to market value.Lol! Some of these guys showing us the extent of their football knowledge. Lol
Osa isn’t “weak”, but he also is nowhere near a “franchise player”.Well, Osa is not weak. There are a few that aren't bad like Nick Bolton.
After reading more, I doubt he gets tagged. They are just ready to use it if they cannot reach a deal.’Osa isn’t “weak”, but he also is nowhere near a “franchise player”.
Yeah maybe so . But until it's done, things can change. Maybe they have. Or maybe they aren't very close at all, hence the threat of the tag.He isn't wrong. They are close and they are keeping him.
Go get Mike Tannenbaum lol. He's available. It most likely is a Jerry move, to be used as an excuse, on why can't sign FA's. We will have $25M tied up with the franchise tag.
Jerry could hire an average agent off the street and make him the GM, and he would negotiate better than this.
They could, but they also need a RB or 2, and starting WR, LB, edge rusher, OL, etc.At least 1 in the draft. The draft is loaded with dtackles. We can draft 2.
Unless Graham falls to you at 12 it seems unlikely you get a better DT year 1 from the draft. If they are looking at some round 2/3 guys to take at DT the tag on OSA isn’t the worst idea. Keep osa for a year and let the young guy develop and be a rotational player. I hate tagging him for other reasons, but a plug and play starting 3T is a bad bet from the draft, even a good class of DTs.In a year with FA DTs and deep deep draft for better DTs
