I just hope "unleashing" CMike is a little more eventful than our "unleashing" of Lucky.
And the unleashing of Weeden.

We're not good at the unleashing thing.
We unleashed the Kraken successfully. We're not good at the unleashing thing.

Just win a game please. Watching the offense has become a painful experience I haven't had to endure since before Parcells.
When Garrett says Michael "is worthy of carrying the ball a little bit more," I'm kinda wondering if maybe he means he'll be getting a whole two carries instead of one. -- lol.
Randle excels in the 3rd down change of pace "scat" role. Now that he is going back to that role, he will do very well AND CMike will excel as the lead dog. This will rejuvenate the Oline right there alongside the other factors feeding into Oline improvement (bye week, getting healthy, La'el change).
I see a carry distribution of 50% Cmike, 30% Randle, 20% other. A recipe for success.
If the OL play doesn't improve, you are absolutely correct. People have been defending the OL and placing the majority of the blame on Randle. Those same people will go right on to the OL hasn't been good train to keep the Michael dream alive. People are using their preconceived notions of Randle and not their eyes. I would probably put it at 30-40% on bad blocking, 20-30% playcalling and 30-50% on Randle. Anyone who can't admit there's more going on than Randle just sucks I just can't take seriously.
We'll find out soon. I see no reason to anoint Michael and he's done nothing to seperate himself from Randle. I'd love for either or both of them to find some running room this week, but I don't think there is an NFL quality starting running back on this team.
I expect Collins' impact to be far more significant than Michael or even Cassel.
True, I can't remember any more
