But does SF score much more than 7? #1 pass D in the NFL and no one was open downfield all game. Would have been closer to a 24-14 game, but I didn’t see a team that was a rookie QB away from throttling us
We’ll never know. We never saw San Fran settle in— Purdy was out too soon.

But you’re evaluating wide receivers based on a limited playbook due to said injury.

You guys lost to the Saints without Hurts.

You should know how not having your top QB changes a game plan; let alone being forced to go to your 4th guy.

Between missing the ball clearly hitting the ground on that one catch, and Hurts penaltying his was up the field on one of the following drives, the refs gave Philly the momentum in that game to never look back.

Not sure how the QB stops them from scoring and they went into "burn the clock" mode in a he 3rd quarter.
You don’t think that if the 9ers had’ s been able to sustain drives it doesn’t change the game?

There is no conceivable reason why the Cowboys shouldn't have torched the Niners defense the same way the Eagles did. None at all. I don't want to hear any excuses for the Cowboys offense. None.
They were well on their way to beating them double digits..Purdey was shook.. Looked scared in the 2nd quarter, but 1 specific Cowboys player decided to gift the 9ers free points a couple times.

Lets see, we have a QB that can barely read a defense better than a pop warner QB and an OC that thinks 4 curl routes is the most awesome play ever designed.

But I will play along, yeah sure, we should have blown out the 49ers.

Some truth in there, but none of the3 guys they lost was an MVP candidate. We didn’t win this game on superior coaching, we won it on superior talent; which Jalen was a big factor in that with or without Purdy

bunch of penalties to keep drives going, a TO in scoring territory because the 4th strong QB looked like Dak Prescott and Purdy was out…. Hardly a strong win by the Eagles..

The whole NFC is over-rated, including Hurts..
The Eagles came out and punched the 9ers in the mouth and kept on swinging. They put 2 QBs out of the game, they were tough and mean. They play the game it is supposed to be played. Make all the excuses you want. They play smash mouth football, we dont. Deal with it.

It doesn’t really matter if they were MVP candidates or not— there is no contingency when you have to resort to your 4th guy under center In a championship game.

I get it. You’re hyped up on your team and you didn’t think much of Purdy to begin with. Enjoy your win and trip to the super bowl

The Cowboys weren’t as good as the Eagles. They punched the 49ers in the mouth and they would’ve done the same thing to us had we made it this far.

This. Hurts had 121 yards passing. The score looked bad but no one really outside of Reddick played well
And 3.4 yards per rush. We got more yards than the Eagles. We sucked, but just saying.

Wish we would have gotten to play Philly but Minny sucks!! We just match up well with them. Dak isn’t afraid of them either

But, but, but, didn’t the referees want the Cowboys to lose? I’m sure I’ve read that on this forum. The Dallas Cowboys have been the best team in the NFL for the last 25 seasons, the refs just conspire to make them lose. It’s an outrage.
