Must be the new cowboys FA tactic....taking low balling to another level. Is health some kind of code word for how little money it would take to sign Berry?

I don't need surgery either on my big toe, even though it's prone to ingrown toenails, really depends on what I wear and what I'm doing. What I'm saying is that he will always have this issue playing football. Sure he doesn't need surgery, but he will suffer from different gradual levels of inflammation and pain, that is guaranteed, if he doesn't get surgery.
Is Earl Thomas more likely to stay healthy than Eric Berry? If yes, by how much?
They are the same age and both missed much of the past 2 seasons.
Games played the past 3 seasons:
ET: 29
EB: 19
Last 16 game season:
ET: 2015
EB: 2016
Most recent season to be named 1st team All-Pro:
ET: 2014
EB: 2016
I'd expect our crack medical staff will investigate and report back.
He did make it back at the end of the season. And most recent specialist said no surgery needed. That's all we can know.
The Cowboys did show some interest in Iloka when the Bengals cut him during the season last year
Thinking back, thats right i remember the huge storyline about him overcoming cancer and coming back to perform at a high level on the field. Wasnt he comeback player of the year in 2016?1st team All-Pro in 2016..
I also "know" he's played 3 games over the past 2 seasons.
He missed 29 games the past 2 years. Of course they're interested.
Under the radar post of the day. It's a great money making move. It's gonna happen
I know we were all hoping that was the case. I don't believe anyone ever reported that, or if they did, I missed it.
I thought that part was already a given. It's like in every 2nd or 3rd post in the threads so far.
I exaggerate, but not by much.
Yes, Comeback player of the Year. Wiki says 2015.Thinking back, thats right i remember the huge storyline about him overcoming cancer and coming back to perform at a high level on the field. Wasnt he comeback player of the year in 2016?
Jane Slater reported it on NFL Network. She has her sources so I think the interest was legit.
Whether or not that interest remains is another thing. By the time this is over the Cowboys will probably end up bringing Barry Church back.
Yes, but is he a "leader"?
I don't think it's a factor that can be mentioned too much. It's everything, and it's why the guy is available at all. The Chiefs dumped $13 million a year into him these past two seasons and got 3 games. If that isn't "buyer beware!", nothing is.

He better be. Cowboys won't accept anything less.
