I hate this move. He was pretty good in some spot starts, but awful in another. I want to see our young OTs who are still on rookie contracts. They need to play in their 2nd, 3rd years or at least be the backups. Otherwise, why keep them.

There is no guarantee that he makes the team. He provides depth and competion in camp. They very well could draft an olineman high in the draft and have options with Tyler Smith.

don't let that fool you, they love the cowboy term "position flex" all of our lineman are supposed to have it (thanks to Jason Garret for the phrase!)
