I think it was Gil Brandt, or Pat Kirwin, that stated that a draft picks who's Bench Press + Vertical + Broad equals 70, or greater, is an elite athlete. Toomer's is almost 73. If he has the mental aspect to his game, we could have something here folks. Keeping fingers crossed.

Seahawks' Coach, Pete Carroll praised him to high heaven for his intelligence more than once & called him a quick study. My only concern with him is if he's able to stay healthy or not. He missed most of camp with the Seahawks with a hamstring pull. He's very athletic and probably a serious upgrade over anyone we have who isn't a starter. I'm thinking he may prove to be a threat to Bruce Carter if he just stay healthy long enough.

Bullflop, I see this linebacker, Toomer, and Rolando McClain when added to Sean Lee next season...as changing the makeup of that whole positional group. Let Bruce Carter, Justin Durant, Kyle Wilber, and Anthony Hitchens continue to grow.

That paints a pretty picture, if only we're fortunate enough to dare for such luck to come to pass. Nice to consider such things, tho.
