Bradie James only played Special Teams his first year and never on defense, which is what I said. He may have gotten a little playing time in his second year but he is also the guy Bill Parcells described as "not being able to lift a Kleenex" when he first came into the NFL.

Some players take time to develop, especially OL. And if you watched the Phoenix preseason game, Arkin played pretty well in that game. He hasn't done anything to deserve the comments he gets here and there is no reason to cut him if the coaches think he will develop.

Thanks for clearly proving my point.

Bradie James played, Arkin still hasn't.

And likely never will before he is released.

He's had plenty of time and opportunity to develop and hasn't.

Add the name to Jacob Rogers, James Marten, Robert Brewsters and other draft busts on the offensive line.

Bradie James only played Special Teams, he was a backup LB and an obvious choice to be on coverage teams (a backup OG isn't). James never saw the field on defense his first year and only did in his second year because Al Singleton got hurt.

Like I mentioned before, Miles Austin had a whopping 5 catches in his first two years in the league.

In terms of Arkin's development, the coaches clearly think he has developed enough to hold his roster spot - something they didn't think about Kowalski.

Take a better look at Kevin Boothe's career in the league, not comparable to the zeroes across the board that Arkin has produced.

An apples to oranges comparison.

I mixed up Boothe with James Brewer. Drafted 4th round 2011 and started at LG @ Cowboys and got abused in his first start.

Those other guys played and contributed in actual NFL games. Arkin has done absolutely, positively nothing. Apples to oranges comparisons. Answer this, how many games has Arkin even been active for in his career?

I never mentioned Kowalski and don't care to. But I'm sure that there are better candidates for.a roster space than the non-producing, inactive Arkin.
