Dalton holds Bengal records for touchdowns passes ( 204) and completions ( 2,757) surpassing Ken Anderson . He also holds club marks for career passer rating (87.5) and games with 300 yards passing(28). His 24 game winning drives also are the most by a Bengal QB,LMAO at some of these fans in here. I've been following Dalton since he's been in the NFL. He's horrible! You might as well bring back the other "RED" in Jason Garrett. Come on Dallas fans!! We have to be smarter then this
But Dalton is more famous outside the Bengals for losing in the first round in each of his playoff games which BTW was the Bengals best stretch of playoff appearances in franchise history.
Dalton was one of the most proficient passers when given a solid supporting cast. He led the AFC with a 106.3 passer rating in 2015.
He also holds single season records for passing yards(4,293 in 2013) and touchdowns ( 33) in 2013.
I think we could present a pretty good argument Dalton is most experienced and proven backup QB we’ve signed since perhaps Bernie Kosar. A QB who might mean the season isn’t over if Dak goes down or holds out.
I’d argue it’s a great move for the Cowboys.
