Signed by Cowboys Cowboys sign TY Hilton

Facts. Double yawn for me.

How much more help does Dak need?
All the help the team can get to win a Superbowl. That's the goal right?

Perhaps we shouldn't sign any help or look for any upgrades to make the team better and as good as it can be

so we now have 7 WRs on the roster. i remember during final cuts so many thought we could only keep 5. so what positions are running short

Look who he played with after Luck left, he played a a PB level the entire time Luck was his QB. again,, as our 3rd/4th option id ay he about what we could have expected from OBJ without waiting until the playoffs for him to come and being held hostage for a LTD..
The only advantage a healthy OBJ brings is he’s much more physical
But he’s also much more injured lol
Hilton gives you a serious down the field target and a vet who is really good route runner
Heck, as many years as he spent with Manning maybe Moore should be picking his brain for some plays

Dline we’ve moved a couple
But we are I think plus one at WR from where we started?

So Jerry decided against paying OBJ big money for a rehab year? A wise decision though I doubt for many reasons Hilton moves the needle much if at all.

I love this pickup. TY has been a big play receiver for a long time. Speed was his thing, but the guy is also a savvy vet who gets open and catches the ball. Maybe he pushes Brown and Washington to the curb in the next 4 weeks, but the main thing is depth. From what I’ve seen of this receiving corps, 1 injury to Lamb or Gallup, and the playoffs are done. No way anyone wants to see Tolbert and Brown in the postseason unless they are blocking. We need some guys who can’t be covered by a safety.

Brown has had a nice season. Not sure why so many folks seem to hate him. Made a great catch on that final drive yesterday. Averaging 14 yards per catch with 34 catches. Hardly trash.

Here's my question ... why did we not pursue and sign Ty Hilton during the offseason, instead of fooling around with James Washington ?

Did Hilton have some kind of injury recovering period ?

We have only 3 active OTs, not including Ball, and 2 OGs. But that is according to DC.com

Is he able to catch the ball with one hand leaning backwards ?

Else cut him again right away.

Also tells you how bad of a pick Tolbert was. May struggle to make the roster next year.
