McClay should just get his acquaintances with other teams to just throw his name out every year and tell them he'll send them part of the extra money he gets from Jerry as a result...

It'd be amazing if the FO were to extend McClay to the position of GM in addition to the years of his contract.

No doubt but what it's asking the impossible from an owner/GM who's hellbound to prove he's a football guy.
