They won't dump Dez unless they get Hurns. I don't think.

And as I said, I'd try to trade Beasley as well.

So ideally you are looking at Hurns, Williams, Thompson, draft pick, Switzer and Brown.

Plus hopefully maybe a third for Dez and a fourth for Beasley.

Anyone who thinks Hurns can replace Dez hasnt been watching football. They aren't even on the same planet.

I almost feel like going OL, RB, OL at least I know they’re be something good to watch when I watch my team play. It’s the only way to hide this inept passing game and defense.
Well, the good news is ITS ONLY MARCH..long way to go yet.Lets wait and see.

I'm not pushing Switzer off on an ice flow but I do think they draft a WR high. Then if Noah Brown improves as expected Switzer would be 7th on the depth chart. Hard to see the team carrying that many guys next year.
They won't. But I don't think Dez will be here and Id try to trade Beasley.

I much prefer this as opposed to Olawale and Thomas

Woah, really? I can't think of a single reason why.

Especially the Thomas one

Thomas is a better player than Thompson
Plays a position that is much more in need of depth
Is four years younger

Losing a starter, like him or not..like Cooper is a big blow. Yes he wasn't great, but we all kinda thought he would come back here..now not only do we not have HIM..we may need to move Collins back to LG to fill that loss AND NEED TO DRAFT NOT 1 TACKLE,BUT 2.One as a swing tackle and the other to start. Its a domino affect losing Cooper.

We're cookin with gas now folks. Must have filled the propane tank. A little good news. Yah, some gonna crap, some gonna clap, just don't clap with crap in your hand
Yup..this was a smart "cover your arse" signing. Got a vet speed receiver that has versatility on special teams as well.At least he's a threat.

Im so excited for the upcoming season!

To compete with a loaded defending super bowl champ in our own division we added a former practice squad/backup LB and this journeymen WR who couldnt latch on with teams who are devoid of WR talent!

Cowboys nation stand up we are on the way up!!

It's a blow at first but the blow will be softened and the breeze will be calm when we draft a G or T, depending on Collins

Yes it is weird.

Do they think they will get these two guys and Cut dez anyway with the hopes of drafting yet another WR?

Seems bizarre but maybe they are throwing numbers at the position hoping one or two can make up for Dez's production or lack of production.

Maybe they hope that one can be an Alvin Harper to stretch the field on occasion while sticking to the run game.

Just bizarre to bring in two so so players.

Maybe they are trying to trade Beasley? Switz can take his place.

Switzer was drafted to start...and to be a special teams weapon..Thompson is another weapon for special teams.Smart signing.Brice Butler was never going to beat anyone with speed and couldn't play on special teams. We all know speed kills, and that seems to be what we are doing.
Thompson brings what Patterson does.

The pats swapped late round picks with Oak, and also picked up his 3 mill for one year contract.

But we are ruing this?
