My "thought pattern" has never changed. You came in saying that I didn't want to sign a 30 year old RB, you then provided "proof", but that "proof" said that I'd rather sign a rookie over a 30 year old RB. Are you going to provide a quote to me saying I wouldn't sign Peterson to a reasonable, cheap contract? If not, drop it, because you have nothing.

As for your "30 year old players don't decline rapidly", uh, yes they do. You can pull out exceptions, but 30 year old players DO decline rapidly. Pulling two or three examples from the past doesn't make it the norm, "poor fella".

And what do you want me to say about Gurley? I had a prediction that he'd slip in the draft, EVERYONE makes predictions. It happens. It's the draft, a crapshoot, me being "wrong" about it means very little. I care about me being wrong about us not grabbing an RB in the draft far more than Gurley going early, which I'm happy about.

Then you bring up the CB thing. I said with having Carr, Scandrick, and Claiborne I didn't feel we needed to draft a CB at 27. That's called opinion, not stating a fact.

It's alright to be wrong man. You said a 30 yr RB isn't worth the risk to bring in not me. Now you want one. All your predictions have been wrong it's ok.

How so? We could have gotten a RB at any point last weekend and choose not to. Additionally they have repeatedly said they like our current RB corp. I don't see how any of that equates to backing us into a corner.

Oh, I'm sure right now while they look fondly onto our offensive line players they do think our RBs are just fine. When the season starts? That'll be a different story.

And yes, I do think they backed us into a corner. About the time that we realize it was a mistake to pass on the RBs in the draft and not go after a quality FA RB, or even trade for someone like Stacy since he'd be a better change of pace RB, it'll be too late.

Nope, quote said giving a contract to a 30 year old RB over a rookie RB is a bigger risk.

Comprehend what you're reading, please.

I have zero interest. This is Eddie George at the end of his career. I see no upside to giving carries to Chris Johnson. It's DMC, a summer running-back cut, or a trade.

No you have at least 30 quotes on the subject it's ok to be wrong sometimes. Poor fella.

So, I supposedly have 30 quotes on the subject, but you decided to quote the one that doesn't relate to what you're talking about?

Haha, this is funny. Keep trying though.

Do not want.

Isn't this guy a little loopy? Besides I don't want his skill set. If we're adding, I want a guy less like Williams/Randle.

I would have traded our 7th for Zac Stacy.
