He’s a vet body behind Pollard. He’s still only 25 as well. But he’s a guy you sign, go into the draft and if something better is available you easily move on.

But he gives you depth, has won 2 Super Bowl rings and knows how to play in a commitee

Could see it. Would be cheaper, plus we probably could bring Peters back after camp if we needed him. I doubt he's going to sign with anyone before then.

I am very interested in seeing what Waletzko can do as well.

It’s tough. I don’t feel Mazi or Ika are going to move the needle at 26.

But I will say, I am more comfortable taking them at 26 today than I was before free agency began.

Calijah Kancey, but I don't know if we'd consider a 6-0, 280-pound DT. He ran a 4.67 at the combine, though (best time for a DT since 2006) and has the game numbers to back it up. Quinn also drafted another 6-0 DT in Grady Jarrett in Atlanta and turned him into a star, but that was much later in the draft.
