Sorry, I picked that up on Blogging The Boys I think. Who knows if its accurate or means anything or if Lett worked anyone else out. My guess is that Lett probably spends a good amount of time with Tank and Gregory (Sorry cheap shot there).

The only reason right now you would trade up is there is a guy you want and you know for certain that another team is trying to move up for the same player. According to reports, Browns have been talking to 4 or 5 teams wanting the 32 spot. Who is Dallas targeting, Spence or Dodd or whoever, it must be a guy that several teams really want. Almost a guarantee that Browns will trade the pick and then whoever is the trade up partner will grab the guy several teams want.

How many premium picks are we missing due to Jerry's incessant need to trade up??

Jack is a non factor. Rumors are the Cowboys flagged his medical record and have concerns over deterioration eventually of the knee and Stephen Jones just said LB isn't a high priority for them right now.

Which means every other person on this board will be clamoring for the guy to be drafted by the Cowboys tonight.

Very true. But with it being deep, does that move CB up on the board since 2 of our top 3 are FA's next year? It will be interesting to see what they do.

I would rather worry about next year, next year. This is a now team, if we lose both of our corners next year, we can address it next year.
