There has been a trade for the 32nd pick.

The Cleveland Browns have traded the 32nd pick and their 7th round pick to the Dallas Cowboys for the 34th pick and Ezekiel Elliott.

With the 32nd pick, the Dallas Cowboys select............... Jacoby Brisset, QB, North Carolina State.

Don't make me jump through the Internet and get you. ;)

They could have. But Jerry had the most money and offered the most money.

No offense, but signing Deion Sanders in 1994 didn't take a whole lot of player personnel and scouting skill. Any nitwit on this board with money could have done that as owner of the Cowboys.

So you are also delusional and think Jimmy did that too?

Help me because I am confused.

You certainly are confused. Jimmy had nothing to do with Sanders. But you are acting like Jerry signing Deion was some brilliant piece of scouting and roster building by Jerry. It wasn't. It was simply the most dynamic player available and Jerry had money to burn and signed him. That's it. Great move but not actually some piece of evidence that proves Jerry is one heck of a GM.

But then again, even if you give Jerry a crap ton of credit for being a brilliant GM and scout when he signed Deion............ explain the next 20+ years where he, as GM, has failed to field even one NFC Title team. One.

Jerry has been widely successful on the business side of running the Cowboys. He's been a bust as a GM.

People hating on this need to get a grip. This is going to take like a 6th rounder to get done.

Go get your freaking guy.

The odds are, the player we are targeting is also targeted by someone below us. I am not crazy about trading up, either, but it worked out well for Dez and also for Sean Lee. It would be very easy for the Cowboys to stand pat since there are only two picks in front of us. If we move up, we must REALLY want the targeted player, a lot.

Yeah didn't Fisher basically guarantee the pick was going to be Ramsey? Yeah dude isn't always on top,of things esp for being an insider.

There was a period of time I think he actually had an insider with the Cowboys, but that doesn't seem to be true anymore. Today, it feels more like he is just pulling crap out of his ***.

While I'm not hating on this potential move, I think it will take a lot more than a 6th to get done. There will be a bidding war for that pick as the day moves on.

Again, if the move up only costs a 6th and you guarantee your guy, fine. *****ing about that would be silly.

The fear is that Jerry overpays and throws our 4th at them or even Leary. Now that would be dumb.
