It’s clear that we need a TE with more athleticism to rum the seam and make teams respect chunk yardage possibilities, but Witten is still the best of what we have Blocking and reading defenses as a receiver. Unless we really need his cap funds (not likely), he gets to retire on his own terms, but if Rico or someone else is better, they get the better looks while 82 blocks and works underneath.

This looked like the second Giants game last year. I don’t think Dak plays well in the really cold weather.

Not that there weren’t other bad games from Dak this year as well. That game yesterday was just terrible.
