JJ needs to be talking to Richard today and paying him.

That's what they did with Will McClay. Richard is a very dynamic guy with huge leadership qualities, but its still a big jump from DC to HC. Hopefully he only gets offers that are good but not great and Jerry backs up a Brinks truck to keep him here.

Honestly? Our defense doesn't force enough takeaways, bends at the wrong times and can be had by better runningbacks. He's a good coach but I wouldn't miss him too much.
