McClain is one of the worst guys on the field right now....I'd rather have Gachkar in there to be honest.

Call me crazy but , I want Darren McFadden back next season. With a year under his belt under our system I think he'd be better. I like his attitude .

Ps yes I still want to draft a running back

He's already signed up for next year. He got a 2 year deal. I don't expect us to draft a RB as a high priority until 2017. That class is gonna be loaded w/ RBs. We may draft someone in the middle to late rounds....as depth. But I wouldn't expect a high pick. I think that might infuriate a lot of people.

You mean quitting.....players finding excuses not to practice is quitting. If we had a coach w/ any balls he'd be cutting that worthless CM today....

:huh:Man what??? a dude sick cut him??? dude that makes no sense at all at this time..

Guys, the flu has been going around the locker room for a few weeks now. There is actually a chance some of these guys are sick. Particularly the ones who don't have a lot of leeway, such as Michael and Smith.

As for Dez, Church and a few of the other guys, there is no need for them to practice and risk further injury. They'll be there Sunday and neither of those guys have any quit.

lots of players missing practice already getting sick

If you're a guy who's on the fringe of the roster to begin with the team's W/L record will have little impact on your willingness to play sick. In fact, at that RB position, a whole lot of snaps are up for grabs. If Michael and Smith are out, you can bet they're actually sick.

With Christine Michael and Rod Smith both out sick, the RB group is down to DMC, Clutts and Trey Williams.

Thats a whole lot of players not practicing or out......things that happen when a team is on 6 game losing streaks.....

makes you wonder if Garrett is losing the team

My respect is growing for McFadden. I thought he was a wasted signing in August. Hurt in training camp, same ol same ol.

But he's been the steady force so far.

He just hasn't been paid yet

I get what you are saying but we'll probably wear him out like we did with Murray and he'll be done next year. Unless he is willing to sign for another 1 year or real cheap, I woudn't sign him to a long term deal.

Not really. Hasn't really done much this year.

He's been marginalized with both Lee & McClain on the field but he was pretty good last year and we are in trouble without Lee on the field. Plus McClain hasn't exactly picked up the slack.

The whole lb core and dline has been a huge disappointment this season. I was hoping hitchens would be even better this year.

Me too. I believe we signed him for 2 years, so he's under contract for next year if we want to keep him.

I have to admit, I like the prospect of getting DMC back next year with a year in our system under his belt (for whatever that's worth). I'm going to need you to ease up on my boy Cmike though! I stood by your side all night while you worked though that Kellen thing. The least you could do is cut my boy some slack.
