Today proves what Ive been saying forever. None of these coaches are clearly better than anyone else, none of these GMs are so much better than anyone else... it comes down to your QB. The great Bengals coaches after getting to a SB are 0-2. The Great Billy boy along with Tomlin since they lost their HOF QBs look like garbage. Anyone can beat anyone in this league. Always an outlier here and there, but these games are just crazy close. If you got Mahomes, Allen, Herbert.... they tip the scales just enough.

you did not answer my question . what areas do you see Dak better than Rush . remember , the question about Dak's current playing form not 2016.
Rush is able to read the defenses better and has a better touch on the ball. Calm under pressure.

I like Cooper as a backup, but his noodle arm makes the sideline passes too risky, so teams will take more of the middle away in time. We are all happy with his play and the win, but he threw at least 4 passes that could have been intercepted. He is not better than Dak….it’s a ridiculous concept no matter how one feels about Dak. No one in the NFL even wanted him when he’s been on our PS every week until Dak’s injury.

Dak is more mobile, stronger arm, can make all the passes. Both are going to have good games and bad games, but let’s not be silly about it. Moore almost cost Rush this game by putting him in 3rd and longs which is where some of those near INTs happened. Run the ball inside, pass to the RBs, pass on first down more, throw more crossing routes and slants, fewer passes to the sideline. Eliminate the stupid trickery outside runs where we don’t block the end, but keep the offense balanced. Do that for Rush, and keep doing it for Dak. Don’t call the game differently when he returns. You have a good defense, so call a smart game that plays to that strength.

You are really easy. Typical Cowboy fan.

There was a good first half. Nice mix of run pass on offense, defense pressured Burrow like crazy. Second half, Bengals changed things up, completely dominated on offense and defense while we sputtered. Ultra conservative, silly play calls. Silly penalties.

It is great that we pulled it together to win the game. It is great that we won with the backup, who certainly deserves more respect than he has been given (myself included). The facts are that this team pulled out the win in spite of themselves and in spite of the OC and head coach.

Jerry's been watching Rush for 4 to 5 years and he has no clue what this guy can do. People on this board believed in him more than Jerry, but Jerry lovers always talk ish when someone says something that opposes Jerry's comments on the team.
