Not much different that most teams do; lose a lot until they find a good or better QB.

Yes, of course.....except this coaching staff hasn't shown us the ability to develop a QB.

this is such a problem with the Dallas organization. Too stubborn to do things that match your club's talent. Garrett would rather constantly try to drive the square peg into a round hole.

Probably not because if you hold them to a FG all you need is a FG to win it. I guess this 1st down play may change that strategy.
