Cowboys Vs Commanders ***Game Thread***

Whew, glad for the win. Our secondary has been exposed though, once again, how do you fix that?

Holy crap, kiss enough of Campbell's butt this game? I know he played well but give me a freaking break.

I only saw the first three qtrs.. but after reading these posts, it's quite apparent we didn't stop them the whole second half. No pass rush against a TERRIBLE o.LINE TO BOOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wade went out hurt in the 2nd half for Wash. and we still can;'t get to campbell? I wonder what Favre will do? **** all that's a crappy job by them: lucky to win.:bang2:

One last word. All deadskin fans in here during our game day thread, "up yours"

hey they played a tremendous game...they certainly have nothing to be ashamed of...we're a good instant replay decision away from probably losing

shouldnt be much chest pounding on our behalf, that was not a good effort today, especially by the defense and special teams

its the best game of his career, and it comes in our house...what did you expect?

pathetic defense, especially when you consider they are missing 2 or 3 starting OL and have one WR who was signed off the street and is 37yrs old

If there is one word that is overexposed it is exposed.

Pretty much ...

Game plan "Attack Roy Williams" "Exploit the middle of the field"

I'll take the win, but a lot of things need to be adressed with the defense.
Y'all need to chill out on the D. Campbell was absolutely on fire. They'll be fine.

somehow get 3 or 4 more Newmans, because he's the only guy we have that can cover

amazing...they hardly threw at him all day, then throw at him with the game on the line and get picked

he is a tremendous player

good point dbair: the defense was sucky, but the special team looked completely uninterested to even be on the field. Lazy and apathetic. Also a great point by 94Ware on Roy: he's such a liability at this point: something has to be done: last 2 weeks we've only won in spite of him. He's so bad in space back there it's humiliating. seriously, I'm embarassed for the man.

I think we have alot of work to do On "D".

But also You have to take into consideration that we came off a Big Game last week that I think took alot out of the team.
I know The forskins are a big rival ,but The gints game last week meant a whole lot more and there just as much of a rival, it may have taken more out of the D then we expected.

JMO you understand.

He wasn't on fire, he was hitting wide open receivers. Take your blinders off, the coverage was horrible most of the game.

I agree about Campbell. Great performance from that young Man.

Lets give credit, now

Not a pretty win, but a win. Defense played soft all game, but made a couple big plays when they had to. Campbell wasn't all that great, he took what the defense gave him and we had no pass rush, any QB would have looked good the way our D played today.

Have some self-respect and show credit when it's due. You guys have been adamantly calling Campbell a bust/bad QB. None of you figured his stat line would read what it is all last week, don't marginalize his efforts.

That's just like a Skins fan saying TO wouldn't have scored so much if Taylor wasn't injured. No one knows that, and it doesn't change the fact that Owens did light us up. Marginalizing the opposition's performance just makes you look like a homer.
