Listening to postgame on 105.3. Dude calls in, waits to get on the show, and why did he call? He wanted to complain about getting to the 3 yard line and having to kick a field goal - on the first possession the first stringers played this season. He went on a mini rant about it, after a 40-0 win.

If you watch 40-0 and that's what you want to talk about, find another hobby. Following this team will only frustrate you.

I actually felt sorry for Jones and the beating he took. I have no clue why the idiot Drabol left him in. However next week I want to see this D pound Rodgers to a pulp. I want to see his teary eyes all game.

I think it was only one fumble for him, the one where he stripped the receiver. He put his shoulder on the ball against Barkley, causing it to pop up in the air and be picked off by Bland. I believe they ruled that an interception.

We caused five fumbles, so maybe he had another one that I'm not remembering.

Maybe the criticism he (Diggs) received for his playoff whiff of kittle he’s taking to heart

I've been watching the Cowboys since 1970. Tonight was one of their most dominant defensive performances since SB27. Granted, it was the Giants in a downpour. Against a Dallas team never known as great "mudders." Playing in the same downpour. Whatever Jerry is paying Dan Quinn, it's probably not enough. Happy for the win, and it's going to be a good day tomorrow.

Let me just say this Mike McCarthy was right we didn't need preseason I saw most of the teams that were getting hyped up in the preseason because they played their players and they look good and they were set to game one they were gonna have a resurgence year they didn't look good at all Cowboys had no preseason and there's some rust to knock off shore all teams that have to now play 60 minutes their first game is gonna have to fight through the wall as they say and get their second wind and they're gonna get better each game but this whole ridiculous overreaction by this place and the media about not starting your starters at any point in the preseason is now

DEbunked@! please don't try to explain it away with excuses it's the other team and blah blah blah it's the opponents straight this was on the road in bad weather by the way which was also something this place says we can't do very well first games we don't usually do very well here it is guys..

Once again just like we did against Tampa Bay in the playoffs we broke a bunch of false narratives that people make about our team and now all the backsliding from the media who almost all picked the giants and the giants were gonna go to the playoffs and the Cowboys were not they sure were flexing a lot even in the first quarter when we were getting ran over a little bit they were flexing hard..

Now what?? Let's enjoy this one and start preparing for The Jets it's gonna be a tougher game but I wanna hear all the hype I'm watching tonight's game very closely....

Oh yeah something else I took from the game all these people all upset over Isaiah land and that we may have not brought the right talent here and we cut the wrong guys and they were very upset about Trey Lance I mean dude did you see that Thomas kid I can't pronounce his name but he's a safety and bell and others how deep we were oh and by the way the pass rush which we didn't need more pass rushers Isaiah land technically is a pass rusher did it look like we needed help at pass rush last night?? Maybe you all need to stop telling real coaches professional front office people who they're supposed to keep and who they should not pick up and trade for because I think they built a pretty good team without you I think Dan Quinn has a lock on it I was really impressed with Thomas in preseason and now he comes out and makes a couple big plays.. He and bell were laying the wood I mean it's one game but we didn't miss Donovan Wilson cause these two played a lot like Donovan Wilson.. This team is loaded at safety.. I mean I love Kearse, he's one of our better players but he's not getting a big new contract because of that we've got so many guys coming up and I also believe we have a free safety sitting on this team that could take hookers place soon too.. Isn't that crazy say it out loud we are loaded at safety.. And some of these guys are playing hybrid safety linebackers and they're bringing a load with them and they are also ball Hawks..
