In all honestly, why would you break the bank to keep this team intact?
I'd trade anyone not on a rookie deal, see what Troy has, stash picks and cap space and rebuild around a young HC (like a McVay type).

Jimmie Johnson put those trophies up. All Jerry did was hire Jimmy and that's it. Jimmie was the mastermind behind the drafts and the Herschel trade. Set the team up so good, that even Barry Switzer was able to win a ring.

And this sounds embarrassing. Typical Dallas fan talking about rings 3 decades ago. I mean those will always be in the history books but those mean zero today. Everyone knows Jerry had zero to do with putting together the team back then.
