Game Day Cowboys vs Packers post game thread

Agreed, I also questioned why we would spike it there. I hate wasting downs, but also it gave GB even more time to score. Unreal.
the spike made zero sense, everyone is up at the line any way, throw a 5 yarder to the sideline or something. Red has mismanaged time from day one, AFter 7 years I would think there would be some improvement.

It's REALLY hard to lose when your QB throws for 300, RB runs for 100, and top WR goes over 100. Would love to know the official stat on that.

Offense did exactly what we thought they'd do against the very bad defense that was down 5-6 DBs.

I don't know if it's already been mentioned, but Heath balled out today. He would've had a second interception on that interference call on Church. The sack was big. Just wish he would've stripped it.
Ya it's unfortunate he didn't have the mindset to swat the ball there, but tough to do that when you have a mobile QB like that and you're just trying to get him down. Oh well

you actually think that that did not come from the sideline?:lmao:

Happened pretty quick and I have been in the car since leaving the restaurant so I haven't seen replays.

Maybe it did come from Garrett... not the biggest thing to focus on IMO. Lots of issues loom larger than that single play.

Disagree. Drops too many passes for a #2 wideout. When he shows consistency then he can get paid. Right now he's no better than an average wr and those can be found cheap. There's virtually no difference between Butler and Williams.

HELL yes you are right. TWill has NO business being re-signed. He's the proverbial regular season WR. He had chances today and BLEW it. He and Butler need to go.

That was a playoff game. We had our chances to win but what plaque us the last games of the season, too many costly penalties. Our first three drives killed because of penalties. We moved the ball all game long. We also need to get rid of Free and replace our defensive line. We lost in the first half when we applied no pressure to Rogers. Last thought, cant wait to see Jaylon Smith play next year. Oh, and spend some money to get some defensive line help....would be nice...

Some horrible luck too, Crosby nails 2 50+ yarders, one wobbles to the right and magically corrects itself while the other hooks left but banks back to the right.

NFL IS gonna get their Rodgers vs Brady Super Bowl.

Rodgers will conveniently run the table with a little help from the refs of course.
The Cowboys are the biggest ratings draw in the league. The NFL would love nothing more than a Patriots Cowboys SuperBowl
