I'm surprised to see NE just taking a knee here, but I'm very happy about it.

me to. 41 seconds and 2 timeouts is plenty for NE to get in field goal range...i was thrilled to see them take a knee.

The Cowboys allowed the Pats to convert on 7 of 9 3rd downs. That has got to be improved on in the 2nd half. What makes it so bad was many of those 3rd downs were 3rd and long and they still converted them easily.
