That's a good question. I don't know. Hasn't gotten any snaps there in practice so that's a decent sign they don't plan to play him there.

Armstrong isn't eligible.

IIRC, you lose eligibility after either 8 or 9 games played in the NFL. Armstrong has played in many more than that.
