I can't tell you the specifics of this game until the All-22 comes out for this game but from watching JG's offense in the past, our main issues is JG's scheme doesn't help the WR get open quickly.

We have slow developing plays that works fine if we can slow down the rush using play action or the OL is blocking well. If our OL isn't blocking well, the rush gets there usually before the receivers can get open. So either the QB has to do his magic (Romo and Dak) to get a big play or we usually end up going 3 and out.

Unlike other good offenses that schemes to help the WR get open, we rely purely on athleticism of our receivers to get open. If the opposing defenses has as good or better athletes, our passing game usually sucks eggs.
Zman--everything you say is true..and with that...we put up 30 points...try to play averaged Defense and limit turnovers...i am just so upset and angry right now....i am immature when cowboys lose..just ask my wife....things get thrown and broken and i bite heads off and just generally a total SOB...all over what some call a stupid game?...i dont get it either..it just really ticks me off and someone has to pay

This is one constructive criticism I buy into. JG is too invested in the vertical offense and doesn't adjust to getting the ball out quickly enough at times. Teams with the right personnel can adjust their game and get more pressure just by bringing more guys, gaming more, etc. We don't adjust well at times to that.

It seemed to me in the second half we just passed too much and seem to abandon the run again and then once we got behind we couldn't run. And then Marinelli was running his famous Zone let him catch the ball and maybe tackling defense

Makes sense to what we are seeing in the last 7 years, so we are 15 all pros short to win superbowl :(

It wasn't a coach who fumbled the ball.

It was a dumb rookie who thinks he's better than he really is.
Yeppers! That #10 fumbled the punt return CHANGED this games momentum,,, most of the bar patrons were howling at our D.B.'s playing 7-8 yards off the receivers,,, MORRIS did run hard on his one long haul run,,, this game sucked , and next week is gonna be worse running that soft zone against Rodgers but #95 comes back and idk? The status of #50( I've got $100 sez' he would've changed the outcome of this game)
Ya,we sucko_O

I used to be the same way but have improved.
I let it go and realize it isn't the be all end all as far as happiness goes.
It also saves in broken remotes and holes in the wall.
Heck when they the lost playoff game to Seattle I went out in the garage and got a old desktop pc and went out on the side walkway and threw it over the fence and into the street. Got some really weird looks after that:laugh:

Just compare when a Ram receiver catches a pass vs. when a Dallas receiver catches a pass. Other teams catch passes with no one within yards, our receivers rarely have more them 6 inches of clearance. Our route combos very rarely create space. Scheme matters.
