Game Day *** Cowboys vs Rams post game thread ***

Here's my take on this game. Dak played well in the first half, but the offense really stalled out in the second half. Crap playcalling by the offense early. Our D stepped up in the second half. The Rams played a solid game. Given that we had no preseason, I'll chalk this one up to McCarthy getting used to a new team. But I expect MUCH better against the Falcons next week. I remember when Parcells started here, we looked shaky against the Falcons in our first game, so maybe that's all this was. I'm perfectly willing to be patient. But next week needs to be better. Also, Corrente sucks!!! If that call is made, I think we're in OT right now.

I can’t stand Ramsey and his theatrics

Until he gets punched in the mouth he will keep doing it. I've been saying it for a few years on here and years before on the old board. Take the 15 yards and the fine and take some of these players out

MM made no improvements over Garrett. Would never have believed that possible.
Because CowboysZone convinced you that Jason Garrett was the cause of all of our problems. Every time we lost this forum told you he was the reason.

They were wrong.

54 and 90 were stealing money out there. Pathetic effort from both.

The difference between a $30M contract and a $40M contract is the calendar year. The price only goes up. If you had to re-sign every QB in the league today, the top 20 would all make $30M+. Gardner Minschew would make that much.

Then forget the dollar amounts. The difference between elite money and non-elite was on display tonight.

He had 59:40 to do that. What was he waiting for? Bad call for sure and nobody thinks the NFL is rigged more than I do but a top NFL passer wins that game.

Well...no. The Rams had the ball for 35:38 tonight. I don't think the NFL is rigged, but it's awfully frustrating to see the refs make a call in that situation when they had been letting guys play for most of the evening.

No he was a big reason.

You Garrett guys just can’t face reality. He wasn’t a great coach.

Told us what? Garrett did nothing for 10 yrs. A decade. Your celebrating after one game. Honestly I used to respect you but your MO is to hold your agenda. You look like a fool. You being a monitor here is a joke. Go away

But I’m a fool who told ya so. We both know it. And you’ll be agreeing with me again by the end of the season, whether you admit it or not.

that call isn't fabricated and we 99% win

McCarthy does have the second hand car salesman factor about him. Packers offense put on 43 points today without him but with Aaron Rodgers...

The D was fine after a rough start. The issue is end of 1st half the hurry up worked. Big yard plays. Second half we went heavy Zeke up the gut. No clue
