Cherry pick much? Look at the overall stats for the three QBs in those two games.

If anyone is gonna cherry pick a stat that’s very good one to cherry pick. 3rd conversion is huge. Would have kept our defense off the field, shortened the game and would have given us more scoring opportunities. Throw Stafford on this team and he becomes elite imho.

We were 5th in 2016 and 14th In 2017 in Redzone with same play caller.

I’d argue the talent was a bigger factor. Losing our two biggest targets in end zone with Dez and Witten probably played a bigger role.
Well that’s what I was gonna bring up.......it’s all about execution because I didn’t see much difference in how they called plays. Dez and Witten may have been a shell of themselves but they had to be respected.

Stafford wasn’t even elite with one of the best receivers of all time. Y’all are so infatuated with arm strength you guys get blinded. Stafford is a perennial loser for a reason.

Yet against the rams we scored 3 tds and only had the ball for 24 minutes. I wish people would worry about this defense that doesn't create turnovers and has one of the worst sack %'s in the league.

They also kicked our run game’s ***. That’s why we couldn’t keep our offense on the field. They stopped what we do best and we didn’t stop what they do best. That’s the game in a nutshell.

We couldn’t keep our offense on the field because we couldn’t run the ball and our offense is predicated on doing so.

Our defense has been the weak link on this team for the last 20 years.

The defense was really good last year, but it fell apart against the Rams. Some of our linemen were playing hurt and it seems the Ram’s coaching staff knew exactly what we were going to do. We got out coached, plain and simple.

it was not really good. it was good. no playmakers on the defensive side of the ball. It's bad when you praise guys for having a bunch of tackles past the line of scrimmage lol.

People say this about Witten, but the reality is he was never a big TD producer.

There’s been a couple of rare exceptions like in 2003 when our #1 defense carried Quincy to the playoffs in Bills first year and of course last year when our top 10 defense carried our 22nd ranked offense to playoffs.

No, but he was a factor in Red Zone. Look at his and Dez percentages of receiving TD’s. Like close to 60% most years. That’s a sizable chunk to lose in your Red zone offense.

Funny how Linehan didn't have these troubles with most of his other quarterbacks. Just the sucky ones.

Yep the Red-Zone has become Field-goal City for us.........29th not something to be proud of!!!!

Let's just say both sides of the ball could use a quick kick to the groin. Out score them, we win. Stop them for scoring, we win. Defense wins championships. But points win the game.
