Typical Broadus. Making a big statement without actually knowing what it could be. Every time he posts something I feel like I am in front of a fortune teller who just makes obvious statements that don't have substance. Of course the Cowboys are working on something big. They have to either restructure, extend, or trade Dak. We know a trade is not happening so it is extend or restructure There is no getting around it because we need the salary cap relief. We have to make decisions on a few of our own free agents.. LVE, Pollard, McGovern, etc. All of those could be considered something big.

In other words, Broadus has given us nothing. Cowboys are working on something big is so vague and not even news. I can't believe we fall for his BS every offseason.

You are bi-polar.

On one hand you rant and rave when posters don't have high expectations for the team and expect them to choke annually but then you also rant and rave about how Jerry continues to screw up and is the biggest reason for our failures.

Well if you have little faith in Jerry why then do you have such faith in them succeeding next year?

Take it for what it’s worth..

I hope NOT! Extending Dakota "WENTZ 2.0" Prescot's contract will only extend the drought that the Cowboys have been experiencing when it comes to playing in both NFC Championship and SB games. WENTZ 2.0 is the answer when it comes to, WHO is holding the Cowboys back from excelling in big meaningful games. Wentz 2.0 needs to get the same treatment that Philly showed WENTZ 1.0 and that's the door. It's time to admit that WENTZ 2.0 is nothing more than a stat machine who can't win big games that count and starting over with a decent veteran until the Cowboys can get another rookie to carry the torch is in order here.

All the “experts” here crapping on Dak are the same “experts” who say they need to draft a WR, OL, RB and TE.

Pretty much this.

Then it will be nothing and he will claim “I said it would be big! But never said it would help the team”

I disagree I don’t think Jefferson has the same stats in Dallas with Cooper and Gallup. CeeDee would have had similar stats in Minnesota with Cousins. CeeDee at Tampa and San Francisco up in the playoffs. Jefferson was a no show. As usual another Cowboys fan underestimating CeeDee. Jefferson is better but it is close.

Ceedee was a no show how many games into the season, give me smiths stats from your favorite team eagle lover

Non story. Stephen was overheard in one of the porta potties outside Lucas Oil Stadium yelling "Daddy I'm working on something big".

Pretty much this.

Then it will be nothing and he will claim “I said it would be big! But never said it would help the team”
I'm sure Fisher will jump on the wagon next. He can't allow Broadus to get more hits. Fishers' title will probably be, "Cowboys working on something bigger than the big that Broadus Mentioned."

Maybe an OBJ signing…Jerry has been talking him up and you could see the gleam in his eye when he spoke of him…just like Dak and Zeke and look at their deals…
Make it rain Jerry!!

I'm sorry that's not big news to me about Dak, getting someone who Dak can get the ball to and can make a play is big news

I don't get the hype around any OBJ signing.

Who the hell knows what you are getting with this guy. One, he's stilla nutball. Two, he hasn't played in awhile coming off injury.

I think Jerry believes he's getting the OBJ that had that one handed catch against us all those years ago. Jerry, that guy is long gone.
I wouldn’t consider signing OBJ “big”
If he played like he played with the rams he could help us but big it’s not
Big would be trading for Diggs lol

The problem is that we don't know what Broadus' definition of big news is. He was so vague (because he has know idea what he is talking about) in his post. Anything the Cowboys announce in the next week Broadus will claim as his big news so it looks like he actually knows what is going on in the organization.

With Stephen admitting to screwing up at WR last year, my guess is the FO is about to over-compensate and make a move for a vet WR.

OBJ or a big trade for Hopkins would be my guess
This sounds most likely. Personally, I think Beckham is an expensive distraction—diva contributions not worth the money. I’d rather have Hopkins, but knowing Jerry and Cap Boy, they’ll get fleeced.
