Cowherd: This is what Dallas was last year. What happens when game is tight?

Its the media's job to stir the pot. For the record this wasnt what it was like last year the Cowboys lost their first game handily to the Bucs. Big test coming up with the 49ers.

I love how Daniel Jones isn’t good now. But two weeks ago he was hyping him up and picked Ny to win
He’ll hype up whoever our next opponent is (for click$). If we lose, he gloats, a popular slant that earns more click$. If we win, he moves the goal posts to look all-knowing, then starts the ultra-hype for the next world beating opponent. Win win for Cowturd. His supporters like Taylor Swift, AGT, The Masked Singer, The View, JLo, The Grammys, and other generic, pop culture trends.

I agree with the part there being around 6 measuring stick games. They should win the rest.

So, why not talk about what the Cowboys are doing differently this year instead of digging up a hypothetical to bash them with?
1. Won the first two games
2. Team was prepared to play from the jump
3. Dak looks sharp
4. Defense even better than last year
5. Pre-season didn't matter for these starters
6. McCarthy's offense and play calling is exceeding expectations by a lot. (Of course the haters are now riding shotgun on the bandwagon).

Could had a week of shows on that content. Just goes to show that Cowherd is more about confrontation than analysis.

YEAH we were good with a good defense last year but we just want success in the playoffs at some point. its been a really long time and its cool to have a good season but closing the deal in the post season has become crucial by now.

I'm okay with the skepticism, but I don't agree that this is the same Dallas team.

Am I fully bought in? No.

But the offense is playing efficient, smart football because of a personnel and philosophical change.

So far, it appears we're on the right track to correcting last year's problems.

I see a different team. More focused aggressive team. Just look at the decline in penalties and I mean pre snap penalties compared to previous years

How convincing. When you have nothing else and youre a hater. Cue up a good ole cowturd article. Broken clock is right twice a day so yes dallas may very well lose a game such as he mentioned. This is pappy and this is cowturd and both have been wrong plenty so well see how it plays out

We need to put the smack down on SF in a few weeks and we should, we have the better team.

I'm also curious how we'll respond to a tight game or one we're trailing, but that said.. the team is better than last year's. So his premise is in error.
