Your telling me. How we go from Captain Comeback, America's Team, the Flex/Doomsday Defense, the Hail Mary, 20 straight winning seasons, the Triplets, the Dynasty, to where we are today only to have some portion of the fan base continually defend it is absolutely disgraceful.

Even more disgraceful is seeing fans hope we lose just to support their own agenda.

I'm not even sure what half of the "fans" on here are even fans of. They seem to dislike every facet of the organization.

I thought it was great. Much better than standard nonsensical 'rah rah' stuff. Gave insight into how things actually work, such as how practices were run and who had control of certain things.

I don't sit around and wonder about things like that. I also don't bother to think that anyone who says that is anything other than frustrated. I won't pretend to think I know they are watching the games every Sunday going "LOSE! LOSE!" to support an "agenda". But feel free to judge like you have any idea what anyone else is really thinking. Consider it a gift.

I don't assume they are frustrated. I can pretty much tell.

But then again, I don't waste time judging people's fanhood, especially on a message board where they seem to spend a lot of time being pretend fans to disgust and embarrass die hard good fans like you.

I was referring to a post earlier in the thread where an individual indicated that they hoped we would be unsuccessful in 2014 so that they could see Garrett gone.

He was here because of the Garrett crew and he was put in the field way more than he deserved and wasted a roster spot because of the Garrett crew.

Not true. He ran routes as good as Terry Glenn. How quickly people forgot that.

I'm not even sure what you're getting all fired up about. Because a fan stated that the worse thing that can happen is to finish 9 and 7 and "sneak" into the playoffs? I got news for you, a lot of fans don't like that scenario. I'm all for making the playoffs and watching another week of football but the reality is that we're a very flawed team with a quality QB who is responsible for hiding some of those flaws. This team is weak in some key positions and our drafts have been questionable. Changes need to be made and this team needs direction while we still have a franchise QB under contract. It's called having a sense of urgency.

And this word "agenda" is thrown around way too much on this board. While it may not be part of the definition, I believe someone needs to have a stake in an outcome to have an "agenda." What "agenda" can someone have on a message board? How will someone benefit from this team's possible failure. I wish people like you would take that righteous indignation and level real criticism at the man that's destroyed this franchise instead of excusing his incompetence.
