What's going on with Michael Huff? Has anyone shown interest?

At this point, I'm set on getting him.

He is by far the best FS available. Nobody has shown any interest at all. His price has to be coming down pretty soon.

I'd rather take a shot on him, knowing even if he isn't a star he is better then the other options.

He is better then Elam, better then Goldson. Period.

I would love to have Huff / Elam or Sensy / Huff

Chiefs re-signed TE Leonard Pope.
Pope, 28 in September, made news this offseason for saving a 6-year-old boy from drowning at a pool party. Unfortunately, he's not a very good player. Pope caught 10 passes for just 76 yards in 16 games last season, also grading out very poorly as a blocker per Pro Football Focus. He'll try to win a backup job behind emerging second-year tight end Tony Moeaki.

I think this is a good deal for both of them, Walker gets a qb that can hit him in the end zone and Bradford gets a WR that can go up and get the ball....

Ur not kidding....I know people will pretend that everything is ok and SuperBowls aren't won in the offseason, but this team hasn't exactly killed the draft lately, so free agency is the only way to fill some GAPING holes.

Looks like he may, indeed, be heading to the 'Fins, and has a little message for his former team. Sounds like sour grapes, especially since the Jets jumped on re-signing Holmes and then spent a lot of time redoing contracts to make a run at Nnamdi. Also sounds like he may know of a weak spot in the Jets' defense...

I'm compelled to tip my hat to the Eagles. Masterfully played.

What about Brodney Pool as an option for the Cowboys. Apparently he played well for the Jets last season after Leonard was injured and they may not be able to bring him back.

I didn't see him play but if he's good and a safety, he should look into I suppose. One of these quotes mention lucrative, not sure how much he would be but surely not that expensive.

Losing Brodney Pool is significant blow for #Jets. Played well in Jim Leonhard's absence. Showed progress in 1st year of Rex's system. #nyj

TheJetsStream Manish Mehta
#Jets simply can't afford to keep safety Brodney Pool. He will get a more lucrative deal elsewhere. #nyj

TheJetsStream Manish Mehta
#Jets like safety Brodney Pool, but cap issues precluded them from keeping him aboard. #nyj

Also found a question, take this for what it's worth which may not be much. This was in response to a question asking about Dallas and Pool.

ProFootbalFocus ProFootballFocus.com

@mrdude108 very good fit. Not as good range as Huff, but cheaper and has played well in more than just contract year

I'll take Golden and keep Sensy. Whitner would make me cringe.

I keep thinking that the best combo ($ wise & experience in Ryan's system) would be Pool & Elam.

I can't get over Sensy's "business decision" last year. I want a nasty safety back there that wants to lay someone out.
