At the least, Zimmer is likely to establish leadership that won't tolerate players who aren't listening and/or keep making the same mistakes far too often. Player-friendly coaching in Dallas has been less than impressive when it comes to games that count the most. This hire offers hope for the team, imho. Let's support him rather than criticizing before he has a decent chance to prove himself. Any coaching change takes time to settle in.
