D-Law.. Sorry hit the enter button.

D-law on the refs.

".....Our offense had a great game, Just crazy to me that the whole first half the refs didn't want to get involved and now in the second half we getting all these penalities.... "

DFlaw is the cancer of our football team.

Not an athlete, he is a business man. And this shows again.

A phrase comes to mind from "the rock": Loser always whine, winners go home an ef the prom queen.

Very few people think it’s “scripted”. We just think the league favors the most profitable outcomes, and subjective penalties allow them to influence outcomes without the appearance of provable malfeasance.
Go count up the number of "The Fix Is In" or "Rigged" posts....then get back with me.

Hint: you're going to need a calculator

Miracle or not, they were there. And you're right about not needing to be a good team, they needed to only be competent.

And the final sequence was the reality of the situation. We can "what if" this up and down all day but the fact was it was there for the taking and we failed miserably. And again, it was the point of the post you quoted so I'm simply telling you the guy was right.

And it ain't a tossup from there. With all the red zone problems we've had all year long, that needed to be a layup redemption moment. We failed. And on a pretty big stage too. Damn right fans are pissed. Refs make the best displacement targets.
For the third time, distilling the entirety of the game down to the final sequence is stupid because it ignores how game-changing the calls/no-calls are. They're two entirely separate issues.

He didn’t mention the gifted last drive Dallas got though.
Florio had a valid point a few weeks ago when he said that it seems the officials tend to favour the team that’s losing on final drives.
It’s what the league wants, exciting games that go down to the wire… so he has a valid point imo.

Go show him what it takes to be an athlete. I trust you
You dont need to be an athlete to know what an real athlete is all about.

Just imagine a coach had to be better in everything he teaches his NFL level players.

You get it ?! A really ill-considered argument from you.

Not the point you were making to that guy, but okay.

You’re not hearing me. No one thinks there’s a written script, a diabolical, Dr. Evil, planned by rich old guys plot to cheat. Subjective penalties, consistently occurring at the “perfect” time, against certain teams, change game outcomes. Normal, logical people that understand greed and human nature will many times label them as “rigged”.

I don’t expect you to stop this “debate” without having the last word, and stating your “correct” opinion, so I’ll just say ‘thanks for the memories.

Exactly so, and Dallas losing at the end on the big stage is a bestseller!

I have no issue with what you said....you seem like a perfectly reasonable and well thought out person to me! How's that for the last word!

Dallas and Philly had 10 penalties. Philly had more penalty yardage against them.

There is no fix. Fans and players are biased
C’mon. It’s not the yardage. It’s the timing and the actual calls.

The Schoonmaker holding was just absurd and pretty much took points off the board. If Dallas doesn’t get another yard from the end of the Dowdle run, they most likely get a field goal. It changes the whole end of game scenario.

On the very next eagles drive, Devonta Smith does the exact same thing on a 3rd down play and no call. That drive led to a TD and an 11 point lead.

Either call it or don’t. But for F sake. Call it the same. It isn’t that hard.

Shall we discuss the PI’s next?

Losers blame the refs. It’s a way to avoid actual accountability. “We didn’t lose, the refs lost it for us”

Did the ref push Dak out of bounds?
Did the ref force Ferguson to run a bad route?
Did the ref force the Boys to go for a TD and not take a FG?
Did the ref decide not to help Steele and instead focus on helping the guards and center?

Every game has bad calls. Good teams take advantage of ones that go their way and fight through ones that don’t.
Don't forget the dropped passes, non-existent running game, poor clock management, throwing to 8th string receivers on critical 4th downs as opposed to star players having career days, taking stupid sacks, false starts/delay of game /failing to report as eligible penalties and special teams errors... All of those were directly caused by bad refereeing.... And of course, you can be sure the Eagles have film on a bunch of missed calls too, but those won't be discussed here because they didn't actually happen.

Other than when he was trying to channel his inner "Bernard Pollard" by diving at Hurts' knees?
