I wouldn’t be shocked if a few OL put a target on Thibs after that Indy stunt today. The Colts were gutless for letting it go unchecked and the reds gutless for not calling a no-brained taunting penalty.
That was embarrassing by him. Jaylon teaching them well

Daboll could be the coach who even has his back ups motivated to play hard against the Eagles. Knowing that even if they don't win that game, they can still rough the Eagles up and be physical with them. If they know that Hurts isn't 100 percent, then I wouldn't be surprised if he still has that Giants defense hitting Hurts every chance they can get, knowing of how the Eagles are division rivals and has a chance at homefield advantage. Still could come up with a game plan which forces the Eagles to have to play hard and physical all game long.

Or he could have his starters seeking revenge from how the Eagles humiliated the Giants in the first match up.

Jalen a Hurts is playing on Sunday. An eagles source told Sal Pal as much tonight. The eagles crushed the Giants in New Jersey just a few weeks ago. The current line is eagles by 13.5.

never say never, but The Giants have no shot in Philly.

I think that line has something to so with the assumption that the Giants are going to rest their starters. We have yet to see how Hurts plays when not 100 percent. If he plays, you can bet that the Giants aren't going to go easy on him and will attempt to hit. pressure and sack him as much as possible to test out that shoulder of his.

Regardless if the Eagles lose to the Giants next weekend, the Cowboys can't get the #1 playoffs seed since the 49ers won today and definitely are not going to lose next weekend against the Cardinals. This means the 49ers would get the #1 playoff seed while the Cowboys get the #2 seed. The Cowboys don't want to get the #2 seed, because that means we would have to play against Aaron Rodgers and the Packers (#7 seed).

It would be best if the Cowboys stay at the #5 wildcard spot. This way the #7 seed Packers would play whomever is the #2 playoff seed (whether the Eagles or the 49ers). Let Aaron Rodgers and the Packers play and beat that #2 seed while the Cowboys play the #4 seed easier Buccaneers. Once the Packers beat the #2 seed, they will have to play whomever ends up as the #1 playoff seed. Meanwhile, the Cowboys would play the easier #3 Vikings or #6 Giants (whomever wins their wildcard match) in the second round Divisional Round.

If the Packers beat the #1 seed in the 2nd round (divisional) AND the Cowboys beat either the #3 seed Vikings or #6 seed Giants (whichever wins the wildcard match), the Cowboys would host the Packers for the NFC Championship Game (round 3).

That's the easier and best route to the Super Bowl.

Eagles will have all the motivation in the world while the Giants will have none. Usually results in a lopsided scoreline despite starters playing or not.

We just really need to hope for no injuries next Sunday. If the wrong guys get banged up, it could put us at a serious disadvantage in the first round.
Nothing like getting destroyed a week before the play offs start.. Its a football game, go win it or dont show up.

That’s just it, this type of injury does not affect the level of play. It is very difficult to make this injury worse with playing, and with an injection it’s like there’s no injury at all.… If he even needs an injection. According to sal pal, Hurts was very close to playing today …

In New Jersey the Eagles won by 26…And it wasn’t even that close LOL. Don’t get your hopes up, play this game 100 times the Giants maybe win once…I think this one will be over by halftime. And then we can get on to the interesting part of the season… At least we will be involved And seemingly have a shot.

Professionally and respectfully I disagree with you on your medical take with this.

They get Minnesota in round one. That’s about as easy of a matchup you could get. Especially thinking they had SF earlier today

The Giants just lost the Vikings last week, didn't they?

Another thing you have to consider is Daball knows if the Giants can knock the Eagles off his team is going to have loads of confidence heading into the playoffs. The G men haven’t had back to back wins in a while and that would be a nice momentum builder heading into postseason.

i don't believe in resting player for games either this close to playoffs,

i believe in continuing to peddle to the medal and rolling with momentum and play mode into the playoffs.

Only if we blow the hell outta Washington that leads to pulling out key playyers into the 4th quarter that we should doing that.
