I think we know there's only one way for Dak to change how he's perceived by a portion of the fan base - playoff success.

That's a team thing, but it's also life as the starting QB for the Dallas Cowboys. He's paid very well to deal with it.

Yes. I would like 2 mpg Dak Prescott, as shown in the example from last season versus the Bears:


--on his decrepit ankle, to pick up three, four, five yards whenever a pass play breaks down, which will happen occasionally, and take full advantage of linebackers ten or more yards out of position to TACKLE him.

I would prefer seeing less of him eating the ball after taking too long to pass and create more short down and distance situations OR possibly convert more downs by sliding an INCH pass the marker.

Again, for a few members who have read my earlier comment differently from what I intended. I do not want or expect Prescott to morph into Lamar Jackson. What I want is for him to always take advantage of his 'old man athletic ability' and run for relative short distances that should not EXPLODE his held-tenderly-together-by-pins ankle.

I think he can do that more. You know. Have a few 2nd and 8's turn into more 3rd and 2's instead of 3rd and 11's (or worse) when the coverage dedicates HE SHOULD NOT pass. Is that too dangerous for his ankle now? Will defenders automatically pancake him now, when there is ten yards of open field in front of him, milliseconds after he decides to scramble? Should Brian Schottenheimer make certain his red jersey fits him perfectly on Sundays?

I agree it would be great to see him do this more, im just saying he's not quick on his feet. I've seen guys like rodgers and brady get better runs on us when they take off

Tom Brady didn't choke against good teams; thats the difference. Brady beat the good teams and the bad. Dak just beats the bad, and the Cowboys season ends every year because Dak choked when they needed him to be the reason they got better.

You know what really ruins the board??? When fake *** fans come here and are allowed to make dumb *** statements and claims about players without having to present credible evidence, stats, links or anything to back up their bogus arguments.

Especially when real fans present proof, stats, or evidence that are real life proof that what those haters are spewing doesn't line up with reality.

We all saw it.
Dak shut down every time the season was on the line and the offense disappeared until the game was out of reach and Dak could pad his stats against prevent defenses.
He couldn't even beat the Eagles third stringers with the division on the line.
