Summarizing my views

1. Dak is a better QB than Rush

2. Dak does not deserve his contract and (IMO) will not lead the Cowboys to a SB let alone win it. Dak makes us “competitive” but not a true SB contender

3. Dak and Romo are (were) very different QBs. Romo could read defenses and throw better but never had the self confidence abd desire to truly excel. I do think if BP had stayed we might have gone to a SB. Dak was a better leader and more mobile (though he has lost both these qualities). Dak is now mostly a company man and the players see that. I would not want either QB as the leader of my team if i want to win a SB
