You’re the slow one who can’t even keep your nonsense straight.
You said Dak was “way better” as a rookie than he is now while pretending that the Cowboys supporting cast had NOTHING to do with that (I brought up the offense’s issues this year and that was “excuses” to you, remember? Can’t have it both ways!)
Then I clowned you for it, because only a fool could believe that a young QB who was outstanding as a rookie (with a great supporting cast) has no shot at playing like that again.
You got embarrassed, so then you had to flip-flop your take on Dak.
“W-w-well, he was only effective as a rookie because defenses hadn’t figured him out yet! Yeah, that’s it!!”
I know u rode the short bus to school, but Ill explain again.
Dak was way better in 2016 for these reasons:
He put points on the board
He was better on third down
His pocket presence was better
He didnt throw many interceptions
He didnt fumble the ball as much
He was better in the red zone
-He struggles putting points up because he cant/wont make tough throws in the end zone
-He was better on third down because teams take away the underneath throw to Beasley
-His pocket presence is absolutely horrible. Over 50 sacks this year and a lot of it is because of his own doing
-He throws more interceptions because his accuracy isnt as good and he cant read a defense. In 2016, they gave him simple reads
These are all obvious to the non-bias. He is 2 years removed from that rookie season and hasnt show he is capable of improving in these areas, as hes struggled with everything ive mentioned for two seasons now.
He sucks. I know it hurts, that the QB of the team you root for sucks. I hate that fact, and wish the front office will wisen up and get rid of him.
But keep holding on to the “hes a young qb and still learning” angle all you want. When his career flames out, i will be here to remind you and all the other fools that blindly root for him, that I was right and yall were wrong
