Video: Dak is Ready

Think Garrett and Linehan we're there when Romo was QB and our offense was our strength and unstoppable......you sure its not the carriage but the Horse?
To be fair, I think Romo had the option to change plays at his discretion, which nullifies some of the bad play calling. Of course, that's because he was better at reading defenses, but Dak's a smart kid, and I think he'll get a lot better...and I think it starts this year.

The season is only seven days out, I'm not going to waste time holding on to yesterday, I'm looking forward to tomorrow and the forecast appears to be good.
Let's Go Dak/Dallas:flagwave:

By Romo's 4th season we were already making fat jokes. It's a relief to finally have a QB that doesn't look like the Michelin Man.
I guess looks are important.

Dak does have more rushing TD's in a season than Tony, so there's that.

So does Steve Young and he wasn't a lard *** like Romo.

And yes. Physical fitness should be a prerequisite for any NFL qb. It's amazing how far society's standards have fallen.

A young QB is going to run the plays that are called. So the drinks and drinks come from a Garrett styled offense. Blame Garrett.

The offense takes on the personality of its headcoach. Garrett is boring and conservative. So Garrett's offense was boring and conservative.
If you go back and look at his offense when he took over as coordinator, he had many aggressive downfield plays. Because he had anaccurate downfield passer and Owens at the time. They are going to go with your QB's strengths and Dak's are ball control intermediate passes. I'm hoping to see more aggresive plays in Dak's 4th season.

Dak is 6'2 240. (thought he was taller)
Romo was 6'2 230

Funny how allusiveness and escapability was one of Romo's most entertaining qualties, for a "fat" guy.

Romo was smart and aggressive. That's why he audibled out of most of the plays. And due to the fact Romo was changing things on the field so much, Garrett just gave in and let him have input on the game planning. Romo made that offense look aggressive because he was naturally aggressive.

From your words to God's mouth......

When was our offense unstoppable again? That one year I’m 2014?

Wow so your saying when Romo was our QB we had the same inept check down Charlie 29 th in the redzone nightmare we have today?
You sure you've been watching our games the last 10 years?

I didn’t say that at all. Not surprising your reading comprehension sucks though.
