Everyone sucks. But Dak has been awful the last two weeks. His arm looks cooked
Lol… except the last time Dak played at GB with Garrett/Linehan he actually won the game, so that’s how far the standard has fallen lolTo be fair today's game should have been nostalgic for you then. It seems that's all we run are curls and stops
It this team had any stones they would just bench him and force him to waive his no trade clause if he ever wants to play again. But honestly no team is dumb enough to trade for this guy and absorb that crazy salary. He's not even average at this point, he's not even making the right reads anymore. We are stuck with him for 2027 and 2028. Spending resources trying to replace him now would only take away from trying to build a better team.
UNLESS you can talk Dak into waiving his no-trade clause and you find some team willing to make a deal for him. Good luck with that.
I dont know, if Arch keeps playing like arse in the SEC, he might play himself right out of the first round. He'll never sniff a draft pick high enough to pick Manning this year. I wouldn't worry about that.
Dak is 1000x better than Arch. Take Manning off his name and he’s just another mobile QB with a big arm but can’t read a defense. Had a well known SEC OC tell me this summer he’s solid but nothing specialI dont know, if Arch keeps playing like arse in the SEC, he might play himself right out of the first round.
That Houston game took a lot out of his arm. Looks like dead arm the last two weeks. That happens at 33.Everyone sucks. But Dak has been awful the last two weeks. His arm looks cooked
Yeah, us UT alumni are starting to realize the same thing unfortunately.Dak is 1000x better than Arch. Take Manning off his name and he’s just another mobile QB with a big arm but can’t read a defense. Had a well known SEC OC tell me this summer he’s solid but nothing special
Too much going away from the runThat Houston game took a lot out of his arm. Looks like dead arm the last two weeks. That happens at 33.
No, Dak isn't regressing; he's being exposed.I agree, but Dak's been clearly regressing this season too.
As we know....Dak isnt the problem, however with the talent, resources and onus placed on him and the Offense it needs to be doing better than 16 and 13 pts (especially when they're at pretty much full strength) .... and based on last years claims "we just need an average Defense", well two weeks of conceding 23 and 24 pts isnt bad.Dak Prescott and the offense has been the problem. I know it's easy to rip on the D. But, let's be honest. Dak and the offense have been POOR, especially the last two weeks. The D has actually been improving, and I loved seeing them be more physical today. Not their fault that the offense couldn't score more than 7 in the first half against Tampa, and scored 0 in the first half against GB (even AFTER a pick).
I don't understand why we aren't taking deep shots. We have elite WRs in Lamb and Pickens. If you have WRs like them who thrive in deep passes (like we saw last season), then we SHOULD take a few shots every so often. Even if it doesn't succeed, it plants a seed of doubt in the opposing D, and it gets them to back off. But, for whatever reason, we aren't doing that. We're just dinking and dunking with WRs who are capable of more than that. But then, tonight, the one time they tried that, Dak threw it right to the Packers after we got a pick.
So, I'm afraid that I'm going to have to say it. I like Dak. But, it's time to find the next franchise QB. This team clearly doesn't have a spark. The offense looks woeful, despite over $100 mil allocated to that side in cap space ($60M of which to the QB). I think the time has come for 1. Us to get a more proper HC (maybe someone like Sean McDermott) and 2. It's time to find the next QB. I think we'd sit the rookie a year behind Dak to learn the pro game, but I think 2027 has to be the last year. Dak looks to be regressing.
My ONE concern is that I DO NOT want Archie Manning. But, I am concerned/expecting Jerry to draft him for his last name to try to sell him as the next franchise QB.
Yup. This team was always only going to go as far as the offense could carry them.
Apparently that isn’t very far lol
This offensive coaching staff makes me miss the Linehan/Garrett days. Unreal how bad they have looked these past 2 weeks.
No adjustments or adapting to how teams play us. If our first plan doesn’t work, Oh shucks, I guess we go back and chop some more wood and try and figure it out
What a joke

Dak’s 33 years old. For NORMAL QBs he’s on the downside of his career. Players like Brady and Rodgers make you think you can play forever. But we all know Dak doesn’t have the best physical traits in the league. He never has.
I think Dallas needs to prepare their rebuild. About time to let him go and find the next.
Schotty and the coaches aren’t perfect but they didn’t just forget how to use Pickens. Dak’s not processing it and his passes don’t have the same zip to them.
