No you making it up to fit your narrative. You never seen Brady, breed, or Montana throw so many times behind the line or within 5 yards then proclaim how awesome they are. That's a lie.

The only reason this team scores 24+ points is if the defense scores TD's. That's called a fact. The one game the defense failed to score was a pretty ugly game, also fact. As long as the defense keeps scoring almost as much as the offense sure they'll win but it's not likely to stay at this pace. At some point the offense needs to step up and it's probably gonna need to do that against SF. Not that I'm doubting this defense.
To fit my narrative? So maybe i'm confused. You did watch these guys play right? Brady yes he aired it out the year he got Moss but in most of his years he was doing his damage throwing to his tight ends and running backs. Is this a myth? Am I not remembering well?

Just not sure what game you guys watched. Dak made plenty of throws over 5 yards lol.

Not in this game he didn't. According to the chart 17 of 28 were for 5 yards or less. Daks passing average of 6.7 is lowest of his career, and averaging only 1 TD a game also lowest of his career. It's nothing to celebrate unless you appreciate mediocrity. If the defense wasn't so dominant this team wouldn't be 3-1.

Understood but you have seen the dropped touchdowns from the tight ends? At least 3 of them were dropped including one yesterday by Schoonmaker? Arguably his best throw of the night dropped?

So 17 of his passes were 5 yards or less? So what about the other 11 passes lol? The pass to Lamb from right outside the redzone? Or how about the pass to Gallup against Cover 0 on 3rd down?

I guess there's two lines of thought here. I'm judging him based on the gameplan he's following. But you don't want him to follow the game plan you want better stats? Correct?

I suggest you guys watch that replay in slow motion. It was not a perfect pass. When he releases it, schoon is angling back to the center of the end zone. Instead of hitting him in stride out front and at the same height to get over the DB, he throws it behind forcing schoon too slow down, jump and rotate around to catch it.

It was also bad placement because the other DB was on that side and close enough to intercept a deflection.

Stupid throw in double coverage.

You guys keep saying it was a Dime throw, lol. I know Dak better than you guys. That was a sloppy throw, he got lucky it wasn't intercepted. Yes schoon should have caught it.

Numerous former players and analysts are saying the throw to Schoonmaker was a perfectly placed ball where only he could have got to it, yet some schlub on the interwebs says differently.

Welp. Guess they were all wrong. I mean, what the hell do they know, right?

LOL.....Church of Dak trying to sell the fantasy that Dak Prescott is a competent QB. SF is going to destroy this team.

Especially when we're missing offensive linemen. But the coward *** Dak haters will conveniently leave that part out and act like Dak is playing behind an All World offensive line when the 49ers unleash their talented front 7 on us.

Trust me, he under threw him. It was an accidental throw. The front DB didn't even have his head turned around. A deep ball thrown at the same height where he has to jump high to catch it but in front of him would have been a better throw. It would have cleared the front DB and not given the back DB and opportunity at intercepting a deflection.

School yard football throw high and pray your guy makes a play works when you are closer to the end zone and throwing 1 on 1. Dak did what Dak does. Threw into double coverage from 20 yards out.

But hey it's common sense... what do I know.

If WENTZ 2.0 can't put the ball in the End Zone then it's game over. Field goals aren't going to cut the mustard this Sunday. I don't care if this is only game 5 of a very long season, if Wentz 2.0 has another lousy game in ANOTHER meaningful game (WHICH IS HIS MO) then all talks about a contract extension need to go away forever!!!!!!!!!!!

A second thread with another asinine post about Dak throwing. I’m starting to see you’re actually clueless

Wow. Anybody impressed by Dak’s play against the Pats… what game were you watching?
We need to know what you were watching cuz it clearly wasn’t the Pats game. You guys need to improve your football IQ because it’s incredibly low right now

I call that Cooper Rush Ball. He received holy heck for his lame arm and stats....but he didn't hurt the defense either. Hang on to the ball and let the defense destroy them!

Yeah, but as grateful as I am of Cooper Rush's contributions.... You're not going to win many games barely averaging over 100 yards passing.

Anyone on here dissing Dak should simply be put on ignore because they are not serious people.
Let the goofies out themselves then place them on ignore, seriously.

Dak is playing well and staying within the scheme.
Same people spent all off-season crying because he produced yards and points but also turnovers are now crying because he isn't producing as many yards and points but only has 1 TO.

Dallas has scored 83 more points than they have allowed through 4 weeks.
That's a pretty insane stat and 2nd only to Buffalo who has 84.

Dak has had the most drops in the league by his receivers/TEs (5 TE drops) and still has top 10 passing stats in most areas.
Schoonmaker has 2 bad drops of catchable balls.
Dallas has relied heavily on TE in RZ and that has failed but likely improves as we go since they keep doing it and it can't get worse.

I'm surprised you let him get away with this. Dak attempted 36 passes on Sunday not 28. Whatever chart he is using needs to be replaced since it only seems to have been in attendance for 3/4 of the game.

We haven’t. The red zone issues has to get fixed I think we all know that.

No one talks about it but we sucked at the beginning last year on third downs. No one cares now because we ended up being one of the best by seasons end.

I say that to say it’s a…..process. That dreaded word. But it is. I think they’re trying to figure out what works. Starting to see some Luepke looks. It should work itself out unfortunately the schedule is about to toughen up. I do wonder if they are holding some things back for some of the better competition coming up…
That's the thing that's deceiving about red zone stats. If you're leading the NFL in points, who cares where you scored from?

Hmm good point. I mean even if he had threw 28 passes 11 of his passes still didn't fit his "narrative". But yeah he straight up lied to try and prove a point.

Well since your sources are "trust me" over ex-NFL qb's and NFL analyst, I we all gotta admit...

you're wrong.
