I actually think he never caught Flight of the ball. The team thinks he lost it in the sun. Some people think the wind took it. I couldn't see the flag waving in the stadium. So I'm not blaming anybody it just was a very strange looking play the way you made it look like he had sight of it the entire wayNorman was drifting inside creating a ton of room on the outside. Dak throws the ball into a space that completely takes Norman out of play as a defender. Gallup doesn't see the ball immediately and takes a step or two towards the inside. Once Gallup realizes the trajectory of the ball, he adjusts too late. Ball falls incomplete.
Gallup has to know where dak is going to put that ball in that situation. Dak needs to know which path Gallup is going to take in that situation. They misread each other. It's happened a lot less this year as they get more in tune with each other.
So, who's to blame? Merton Hanks. I hate that chicken-neck guy.
