I wasn't excited for the season but was hoping they would show restraint and at least have some hope for future.

Unfortunately, Jerry does exactly what we all feared.

Made it much easier to go golfing :)

It sucked but never once did I consider giving up on the team. In fact it made me want to root for them more. Gotta take the good with the bad. That's just life in general.
Is this the last straw for some of these guys why are they still here why did they delete their account why do you think discussing A-Team they already gave up on this is like extra credit this is like a bonus place regular fans casuals people who don't really watch the games they may be fans but they're casual we call bandwagon fans they don't come here and do this on a regular basis why are they coming back here and have not deleted their account that they truly gave up I don't get it like it doesn't make sense that's like hypocrisy at its best ohh I hate the team I hate everything about the team I no longer support the team but I make sure I post under every Dallas cowboy related social media that I can possibly get to on a daily basis to show my hate and disdain?

It makes no sense at all,... The ones that are truly disgusted and don't like it anymore go away quietly delete your accounts they just don't come back why even make any effort at all

I would imagine they could, and we should be able to keep Dak, Lamb, and Parsons. I just wonder what the 49ers will do as Purdy's agent is going to push for at least $65 mil probably. Especially with how expensive California is.
I just posted that and that exact number. Great minds think alike, lol

Mountaineer Cowboy…you did say this on August 5:

”This was false 6 hours ago and it's still false now.

Dak ain't coming back.

Learn how to spell Raiders backwards.”

MC- It’s fine to have the opinions you have. But you gotta own them too. You said multiple times Dak wasn’t coming back. I have no problem with anti-Dak, pro-Dak…whatever. Just own it.
I admitted I was wrong. I thought both sides were over it. I got duped after 28 years…..

IMO too much money for a 4 year deal, but it’s done now and all we can do is see how it works out.

If anything I’m disappointed in the front office for dragging out what was the most likely contract terms all along.

Brock Purdy is smiling and the Niner fans are going to be in panic mode. If I am Purdy agent I am asking for at least 65 mil a year. 2 NFC championship games and a SB appearance, he can bring to the negotiation table.
Purdy is already better than Dak just because of his early playoff success and will get paid accordingly soon.

Just in time for him to crap the bed in a few hours.

Finally.
MC, your anger has continued to be fiction the wrong guy (sure, we can argue about his play all day). But, this is and has always been about one Jerry Jones. This is ALWAYS about keeping Dallas’ name in the headlines - Jerry cares about the team’s value over everything else.

Yea that's what I'm seeing @ $231M guaranteed. Where are they coming up with $60M per year
They think it’s all guaranteed. Plus the 80 million signing bonus brings the yearly down to under 40 a year. But depends on how it’s structured. Likely cap hits for the first few years will be even lower so they can sign others..

Maybe but they brought Purdy win rookie of the year at quarterback has he put up an MVP type gear yet I mean he's been playing on an all in fully loaded team and I'm not taking anything away from him but what has he done that's more special than what Prescott's done his whole career Prescott had many career years had his offenses in the top three almost on a regular basis many top #1 rated offenses last year we had the highest scoring offense in the league and yet what is the narrative around here that Jerry Jones doesn't do a lot to improve the team through free agency he doesn't do a lot to improve the team on a yearly basis in the offseason that he's happy with just winning so our GM and our owner doesn't do a lot and yet Prescott still finds a way to have some of his best years..

So how is it Brock Purdy has somehow on Prescott's level when we're talking about he should get way more why he's on a team fully loaded I mean that is the narrative around there is that he is the benefactor of playing on a team that all you gotta do is find one of many options the ball too.... The complete opposite of what every off season we hear around here and in the media that Jerry Jones doesn't know how to build a championship roster and yet somehow our quarterback has found the way to have career years you know he's doing more with less technically./...

Losing to Carolina in the playoffs in 96 was my most depressing day as a fan. It meant I knew we were going downhill and were going to suck for a long time to come. I'm reminded of that day today.
Mines was losing to the 49ers in the NFCCG. How spoiled of winning I was back then. It's weird though seeing some people on here who don't care about playoff success, which as you say has happened consistently since that Carolina game...

Keep saying to yourself he’s no good. You might as well embrace the fact that he’s staying or go find a team with a QB you like better.
You keep fooling yourself, and thinking you're relevant enough to have me choose another team. :lmao: Dak is wak , and he will show us again this year.

This franchise is a joke. Jerry has killed my enthusiasm. I hope the Cowboys goes down in a fiery ball of flames this season. I really do.

Rambo will be along shortly to tell me what a contender we are though. Ha.
