How bout just win a divisional playoff game? Let's start small.
I like it when people keep bringing up regular season records, when some of us think its the post season that matters. I don't care about the regular season record, as long as we do good in the playoffs.

Stop crying all the time. This is the league. Look at this list. How many of these guys guarantee you anything? Almost none. Its a team sport. You either have a highly paid franchise QB or you have some rookie gambles that you will be crying about no matter what.

We know Parsons isn't going anywhere but the good news is we only have Tyler coming around the corner after him. I would seriously consider trading Bland or Diggs.
can they keep both Bland and Diggs? That’s the bigger question then resigning Parsons who will be a lock to be resigned

"he is our QB"

Yea and Jerry is our owner.

If they fail MM will take the blame for a QB who can't deal with the pressure.

"Show me the money" & blame someone else for the loses.

Rinse, Repeat, and welcome to the Dallas Cowboys.
Did Chargers fire their coach? 4-6 coaches get fired every year, and like Zimmer said... its the players that got him fired.

I'd imagine much like they've handled the last two offseasons. Sign vets to short term bargain contracts, use the draft to fill weaknesses, and supplement with tc/post tc trades. I guess they think they have it figured out. I'm not sold.
That’s how it’s going to have to go, but it would have been that way anyway.

They have to draft better than they have lately for it to work.

Even if you’re of the thought that they “draft well,” it has to be better. They sign absolutely no impact free agents and can’t keep blowing the 2nd and 3rd rounds the way they have been. Those players need to have more of an impact or it’ll just be more of the same.

Another 5 years down the toilet. The clown show continues. The Cowboys will be entertaining as usual but for the wrong reasons when it comes to actual sporting achievement. I look forward to laughing at more boneheaded plays by Prescott in the clutch against good teams...

Jerry had a vision and felt sticking with his franchise player was the wisest course of action. I concur.

Parsons won’t sign here. This team is gonna fall apart over the next several seasons. They just paid an average QB an amount so detrimental to the cap, FA is off the table completely for the next half decade.

Stop blaming Dak for not being able to resign future FAs, it's not his fault Jerry and Stephen don't know how the cap works.

If Howie Roseman was our GM we would have Dak, Micah, Lamb, Fergy, Tyler, & Bland locked up to long term deals while adding a couple star players and still having cap left to add more if a trade became available for one.

The cap means nothing to teams who know how to manage it.
Don’t overdo the Roseman thing. Philadelphia says goodbye to players they’d like to keep, but can no longer afford. If that’s managing the cap, well, the Cowboys will also have to manage the cap. Dak got a big deal, though, that’s for sure.

I thought you were leaving if Dak got re-signed? Wait you guarantee the wouldn't get re-signed.
Mountaineer Cowboy…you did say this on August 5:

”This was false 6 hours ago and it's still false now.

Dak ain't coming back.

Learn how to spell Raiders backwards.”

MC- It’s fine to have the opinions you have. But you gotta own them too. You said multiple times Dak wasn’t coming back. I have no problem with anti-Dak, pro-Dak…whatever. Just own it.
