Nothing short of the SB as far as individual awards. JG won coach of the year. lolThen nothing matters lol

People who win the MVP are on a winning team. We end up at .500 I don't care what Dak's numbers are, he isn't going to win.
He already finished 6th in MVP voting in 2016 and was hated that year, too.Romo finished 3rd in the MVP race and fans still acted like he was a tomato can. Same thing will happen with Dak
Even then, if there's no standout, they often just give it to the winning QB.Superbowl MVP is all that matters;
The problem with the INT stat is it doesn’t take into account when the QB isn’t at fault at all.SO early still. Barely halfway through.
Still
TD-int differential is a key stat for me.
That sets Wilson apart in a big way
Dak is tied for 11th, I think. Not terrible but not MVP like either.
Btw, I know he won't win, but McCaffery belongs on a list somewhere. He's having an epic season so far and carrying that offense with a backup QB
He has zero chance... the MVP is a narrative award, and that narrative seems to be drifting towards Jackson and Wilson. The Cowboys own narrative as a team that can’t beat anybody with a pulse isn’t helping.
Any list without Mahomes in the top 5 on it is highly suspect. He certainly didn't hurt his chances Sunday night......

MVP Watch
1. Russell Wilson, QB, Seattle Seahawks
2. Lamar Jackson, QB, Baltimore Ravens
3. Deshaun Watson, QB, Houston Texans
4. Aaron Rodgers, QB, Green Bay Packers
5. Dak Prescott, QB, Dallas Cowboys
This ranking isn't because of Wilson's final drive heroics during "Monday Night Football" against the 49ers. He would be ranked here even if this game had ended on his overtime interception or his overtime three-and-out instead of his fifth game-winning drive of the season. Wilson has been so consistently excellent all season that it's not a hot take to believe Seattle's biggest win came in one of his worst games overall.
He also has some that bounced off defenders hands ..The problem with the INT stat is it doesn’t take into account when the QB isn’t at fault at all.
Dak has 2 INTs on Hail Marys and at least 2 others that simply bounced off the receiver’s hands. Tough to count those against him.
But he has at least 8-9 dropped ints...maybe more. 3 just last gameThe problem with the INT stat is it doesn’t take into account when the QB isn’t at fault at all.

That’s fair. I don’t think most other QBs have 2 INTs on Hail Marys, but it happens. But he has at least 8-9 dropped ints...maybe more. 3 just last game
Other ints broken up by our WRs too
This stuff averages out and all QBs have good and bad luck both ways
Just like a QB gets credit if he throws a 2 yard pass that goes 60 yards for a TD
I think Daks is having a real nice year, btw. But ints do matter.
Still too early on MVP. Hec, Colin K. could come in and steal it from both of them. The Cowboys as a whole are too up and down. Wilson or Jackson will get the MVP. It would be crazy if he did win it though, he would probably want $40 million a year.
