He's using Dak logic so therefore its pretty much off "Target"
Tell us what's wrong with my logic and how what he said is logical … go ahead, I'll wait.

As ususal, you are positng mindlessly where the narrative is all that matters, and you don't bother with pesky little things like logic and facts.

Can you, at last, show a statement he will take a pawltry $35 ?
you cannot.
I and other robust fans know a way to the Super Bowl, in 2021is not Dak's way.
His stutter-step way is 1985 football.
really? you asked for that...so here we go

https://www.si.com/nfl/broncos/news...o-dak-prescotts-contract-dispute-with-cowboys and I quote
"....
five-year, $175M deal and that Prescott wants $45M in the final year of the deal.

SI's Cowboy's insider Mike Fisher reports that the Cowboys have a standing offer of $175M over five years, which equals $35M APY. Per Fisher, Dak wants less term on his deal, and is seeking a four-year contract.

The issue at hand is really about contract length. As Fisher reports, Prescott wants a four-year deal while the Cowboys are seeking a five-year accord....."

https://www.foxsports.com/nfl/story/dak-prescott-dallas-cowboys-contract-052120
".....the struggle between the two sides seems to revolve around this: Prescott only wants a four-year deal, presumably so that at age 31, he can sign another huge contract in the midst of the new quarterback market. Dallas, however, wants Prescott to sign for five years, giving the organization one extra year of security before having to potentially sign Dak to a second huge contract".....

"...I think we are looking at $110M guaranteed, I think we are looking at $35M average per year fisher said. the debate left is cowboys wanta longer term...…."

the debate is over a 5th year? and you ask why a fifth year is so important to Dak and his agent? its because in that 5th year is when NFL is going to go into a new contract with TVs...and expected to upto double the contracts, which probably will have the salary cap jump by over 20% for that year. Goff, Wilson, Wentz, etc. all have contracts that end prior to that year. that's why Dak and his agent want the contract to be 4 years. that's the dispute.

so stop making up Shiet…..

now, you are boring me....there is 100 more reports just like the above....you are an amatuer at debating stuff. you didn't do any bit of research, which makes you and your responses nothing but a troll bait.

Let's look at this a minute:
Does 8-8 make a team or their quarterback special?
Did those 4900 passing yards help against an Eagles team that was playing 2nd and 3rd Stringers? This was the game that defined Dak Prescott as to whether or not he could carry the team when they needed him.
Did those 4900 passing yards help against the Bills?
Did those 4900 passing yards help against the Saints?
Did those 4900 passing yards help against the Bears?
Did those 4900 passing yards help against the Jets?
Did those 4900 passing yards help against the Patriots?
Did those 4900 passing yards help against the Vikings?
Did those 4900 passing yards help against any team in contention for a playoff spot?
Stats don't win Super Bowls. Players who show up when their team needs them win Super Bowls.
Dak isn't a leader. Leaders show up when the game- or the season, for that matter- is on the line.
When the Cowboys couldn't beat the Jets or the Eagles to get into the playoffs, it spoke volumes. When Dak couldn't lead the team when they needed him the most and get past even the weaker teams, it spoke volumes.
Actions speak louder than words. Dak threw the ball into the ground on 4th down.
He doesn't show up when the Cowboys need him to lead.
He simply is along for the ride when they beat up the weak teams.

First of all, did having the highest rate of drops help him?
Second, if there's one thing that just about everybody says about Dak it's that he IS a leader.
Third, you have no idea what Dak thinks. Neither do I, but I seriously doubt he thinks "8-8" makes him special.

Jared Goff - 33-21-0 $49,677,990 in career earnings PLUS $33,500,000 average annual salary
Carson Wentz - 32-24-0 - $39,676,339 in career earnings PLUS $32,000,000 average annual salary
Dak Prescott - 40-24-0 - $4,903,172 in career earnings

Both Goff and Wentz went to teams with new Head coaches and in rebuilding mode.
Dak was given the best offensive line in football with the best running back in the league, and posted diminishing returns over 4 years.

I don't know what you think, but drops are not always the fault of the receiver.
If the quarterback hurries his throw and catches the receiver out of position, it is the quarterback who is to blame.
Everyone said Garrett was a leader, too. We kept hearing how the team loved and respected him. But he was a loser.
Dak is along for the ride, but he never seems to show up when the Cowboys need him to be the leader.
He chokes when the pressure is on.
That is not leading.
