We’ll see how you feel about that if it happens and we end up struggling for years at QB. That’s when lot of you Dak haters will come to realize he wasn’t as bad as you thought he was. I can only imagine the mega meltdown on these Cowboy fan boards if he goes on to win a championship with someone else. Give him a consistent running game and a solid defense that shows up in the playoffs and he could do it.

Most likely, he re-signs here and doesn't win a championship. The Joneses know it's not easy to find a franchise QB. They know losing in the playoffs is not all his fault. I just wish they knew that they are the reason we haven't been to an NFC Championship Game since the team that Jimmy built.

Who has said Dak is bad? I for one haven't suggested this in the least. Simply put, he is great in games that don't matter and awful in those that do. If that's worth $60,000,000 to you then great. For me as a fan of this team, this contract will set us back for years so I choose other options even if they result in a couple of tough years. I've suffered for almost 3 decades, what's another few years? As it is, ownership cannot handle putting a competitive team on the field with the cap being what it's at....how will they manage this with 3 big ones upcoming? I have yet to read a solution to this problem we will incur

Don’t wager the farm on it. Him just getting his team to the playoffs consistently, is going to cause a meltdown amongst Cowboys Nation if we’re still struggling to find his successor and we’re missing the playoffs every year because of it.

The Joneses want to re-sign him but he might prefer testing for agency. He might not want to play here anymore.

I never claimed you did. There’s many on this board and amongst Cowboys Nation that believe he’s a bad QB or at least that’s what they post. Just look around this board. You can’t possibly say you haven’t seen any of it. It’s been going on for years. Some go as far as to say he sucks.
