If he's smart ... our history since the 1990s shows the best chance of winning a Super Bowl is going somewhere else. Romo should have done it. The advantage for a QB is the possibility of finding a team that has all the other pieces in place to get the job done. It certainly worked out that way for Stafford, although his was a trade.
According to Romo, he never wanted to go anywhere else. Stafford is the best example to use with Dak. Fans in Detroit were fed up with him. Many were blaming him for their lack of playoffs and playoff success. He was 0-3 in the playoffs. Once he goes to a loaded team, he immediately wins a championship, despite leading the league in INT’s and throwing two INT’s in the Super Bowl. Not sure they’ll be a team out there next offseason that needs a QB that has all the other pieces. However, they possibly could get all the other pieces if they have the money to go all in but that would be very difficult paying Dak what it will take to sign him.

yeah, guess so but I think it's out of frustration and annual failure in big games. Let's face it, the prospect of seeing him play for this team for another 4 years doesn't exactly tickle my fandom fancy. If he had gotten through 1 or 2 big games last year the taste for more Dak could have been made...it's not even like we brought in personnel to help matters, all it did was make things worse. Hence, the doom and gloom of this offseason has hit an all-time low
Some fans saying Dak isn’t any good and sucks is out of frustration and there’s fans that don’t care if they look like idiots on a fan board. They figure no one knows who they are and they’re hiding behind a username. However, they lose all credibility with knowledgeable fans when they make stupid comments like that.

I will say this…there is a non zero probability that Dak has an awesome year, leads Dallas deep into the playoffs, signs a huge deal after the season, and then reverts back to form by sucking in big games the rest of his career while getting progressively worse each year.

Beware the walk year performance boom!

They said the same about Romo, and then we easily replaced him with a copy in Dak.
I don't remember Romo being as ubiquitous. But yes....teams change QB's...for various reasons.

If you wallow you wallow. You don't not do it out of fear.
