well, this past year through 5 games, he had a craapy OL and seemed to be OK....so not sure if what you say stands.

and Watson had had some good OLs, not a Smith or Martin, but decent lines. he had better recieving group early on. not a broken dez, and old witten....

I think they are about similar QBs....except now, with the facts about his rape allegations, Dak is the QB given his leadership and character.

are you projecting? is that OK, if I do the same?

and actually/factually even if you projected you would be wrong.....

one thing you would have been right about though, he probably would have been top 10 in turnovers (projecting that is)....but same projecting mathematics, he would have shattered passing record in the NFL...and top 10 in TDs...

see how it works? learning yet

The record says Garrett was a better coach .559 winning % compared to .520 winning %. and Yes Garrett left the boys in pretty good shape, much better than he inherited. Now I know you hate him and will never admit that but doesn't make it any less true. Ask any Texan fan, the Texans are a complete dumpster fire thanks to BOB, gave up way to much for a LT, traded away the best WR in the league for nothing, the QB is refusing to play (not to mention all the off field issues), the cap is a complete mess and they have no draft capital to speak of.

Garrett left one of the best O's in the game - QB, RB, WR and OL all better than average - when healthy. The D has always been the struggle and he deserves fault for that for sure, but overall, no one in their right mind would think BOB was a better anything than Garrett.

You have very good points and the Factual (right) side of my brain is so agreeing with you...but the the other side of my brain is winning by showing me videos of him clapping and spitting and saying its a process...and then i remeber he owes me money for a broken TV and I would rather have BOB....again your statement is 100% correct

Watson has more rushing yards then Dak. Dak of course has 7 more rushing TDs, but again, a whole season of played games more than Watson.

Watson is just better. It's just not close. 16 games have to be added to Daks numbers to make him look better.

Dak was playing his best Football last year no doubt, but the OL was not crappy to start the year. It got a lot worse once the injuries started happening. But to start the year, they were decent, average but not horrible.

The OL for the Texans has been crap since day 1 for DW. The dude gets sacked an average of 3 times per game and that with being one of the more mobile QB in the league. A non mobile QB would be killed behind that line. And we have all seen what Dak was able to do with WR like Allen Hurns as the lead wR and it wasn't pretty. Compare that to Watson last year with NO WR to speak of.

Again, from a strictly talent standpoint, Watson is more talented. when you add in everything else, I would pick Dak out of the two to be the QB.
